I checked out the Hollo Road retention pond. The water level was the lowest I had ever seen it, which exposed a lot of mud for shorebirds. A scoping of the area produced a Semipalmated Plover and a Semipalmated Sandpiper among 47 Least Sandpipers, 5 Solitary Sandpipers, and 4 Killdeer.
A Wood Duck was also there.
