Another Visit from the Pileated Woodpecker ~ February 7, 2023
The Pileated Woodpecker flew in to check out the willow tree again early this afternoon. It spent a good 15 minutes hammering away at it, allowing me to get these photos. Unfortunately, it also spent most of its time trying to hide behind branches or the trunk.
