I checked out the woods at the Regency Boulevard retention ponds and, surprisingly, the first warbler I saw was a Wilson's Warbler!
I also came across two groups of migrants. The first one held Scarlet Tanager, and warblers that included Black-throated Green, Magnolia, Cape May, and American Redstart.
The other one produced Red-eyed Vireo, Eastern Phoebe, Eastern Wood-Pewee, and warblers that included Chestnut-sided, Blackburnian, Blackpoll, and another Magnolia.
Across the street, the north pond held two Blue-winged Teal, two Green-winged Teal, and the continuing Pied-billed Grebe.
I left Regency after recording 38 species and headed for Green Pond. There, a Double-crested Cormorant and a Belted Kingfisher were at the pond itself while the Great Egret continued in the retention pond along Green Pond Road.
