A New Yard Bird ~ August 14, 2023
I looked out the dining room window and noticed some bird activity in the crabapple tree. There were a couple chickadees flitting around along with another bird that seemed smaller and more slender. That's when I realized it was a Blue-gray Gnatcatcher, which was a new yard bird. I quickly took a few photos, which came out really well considering that they were taken through the window.
Later, I noticed a Baltimore Oriole at the top of the neighbor's tree across the street.
